✅ Easy Returns
- You can return your order within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- There is a printing error in your custom name label or sticker.
Please note: Personalized products (like custom name labels and self-photo stickers) cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error from our side.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- If you ordered the wrong design or size, we can help with an exchange.
- Exchanges are allowed only for non-customized items.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
🚚 Return Process
- Email us at support@labellosticker.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.
- Our team will confirm and share the return pickup details.
- Pack the product securely and hand it to the courier.
📌 Important Notes
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- For customized products, refunds/exchanges are only possible in case of errors or damage.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
