- For personalized stickers, labels, or photo-based items, details (name, photo, etc.) provided by the customer will be used as submitted.
- Please check spellings and uploads carefully before placing the order.
- Labello will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect inputs from the customer.
🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days (customized items may take longer).
- Delivery timelines are 3–10 working days depending on your location.
- Delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances; Labello is not liable for such delays.
📦 5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Customized items are non-returnable, except in cases of printing errors or damage.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

- Schools listed on our website have kindly supported us in promoting child education through sticker sales.
- NGOs listed are beneficiaries of donations from Labello.
- New schools/NGOs wishing to join must contact us via contact@labellosticker.com.

- Labello products are designed for children’s daily use with non-toxic, safe materials.
- We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or damage caused by improper handling.
- Labello shall not be responsible for indirect losses (e.g., delays, loss of data, missed school labeling).
